Coaching for Growth & Resilience

The foundation of Faith’s coaching and facilitation approach is grounded in the principles and practices of Resilient Leadership, Emotional Systems Theory as well as Adult Learning and Development (specifically agility, complexity, and transition). During the coaching process, Faith engages clients in a powerful inquiry to stimulate deep reflection, challenge assumptions and uncover blind spots. This approach leads to a self discovery process that draws out client wisdom and life experience to develop daily practices and navigate well-being and growth. As a result, her clients are better equipped to reach meaningful goals, identify priorities, solve important problems, and reach new levels of insight.

Faith’s style of coaching is direct and results-oriented while also creating a space for self reflection and action. Faith’s clients value the relevant resources and feedback she brings to each session and report leaving with fresh perspectives on how to reach success.
