In this workshop, you’ll learn practical strategies to defuse feelings of stress and anxiety and create a greater sense of ease and wellbeing in almost any situation.

  • Discover how to activate the vagal “rest and relax response.
  • Understand how the practice of grounding creates a sense of calm and well-being.
  • Learn why and how different types of breathing can be used to decrease feelings of stress and anxiety.
  • Explore how to combine different techniques for compounding effect.
