Managing different people in ways that are effective for them is not easy.  The more managers know about their typical management style, the more they can adapt to meet the needs of their teams.  In this Group Coaching experience, participants use a specialized Everything DiSC assessment to determine their management tendencies and explore customized suggestions for adapting.  They identify applicable real-world situations and practice stretching into new management behaviors, sharing their learnings with the group along the way.

In Adapting Your Management Style with DiSC group coaching program, participants will learn how to adapt their management style to different situations and individuals, improving communication, motivation, and overall team performance. Through group discussions, interactive exercises, and personalized coaching, participants will gain valuable insights and strategies for becoming more flexible and adaptable leaders. Whether you are a new manager looking to develop your skills or an experienced leader seeking to refine your approach, our group coaching program can provide the tools and support you need to excel in your role.

  •  Adapt your communication style with your manager and peers based on different DiSC styles.

Expected Outcomes

Outcomes are unique by participant, all related to the general theme. At the beginning of the experience, each participant works with a coach to identify a personal focus based on their current concerns or challenges.  They apply thought leaders’ ideas to this personal focus and determine personalized practices to work on between sessions.  At the end of the experience, they meet with their coach again to discuss their progress and future steps.

Number of Sessions

  • Six 90-minute group sessions.
  • Two 30-minute individual sessions – one before and one after the group sessions begin and end.
  • Participants who miss more than one session forfeit further participation.

Everything DiSC® Workplace and Everything DiSC® Management assessments on Catalyst; Online debriefs for each assessment.

Time Commitment

Approximately 3 months.
